THE EDGEWATER COLONY

Located just across the Hudson River, the Edgewater Colony offers a tranquil retreat from the stress of NYC with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and the George Washington Bridge. The Colony is peaceful and serene with beautiful foliage, walking paths and spectaculars views along the Hudson River.

The Edgewater Colony is located adjacent to the Southern portion of the 2,500 acre Palisades Interstate Park offering hiking, biking, a large children’s playground, and additional outdoor activities.

The Edgewater Colony Incorporated (ECI) is a cooperative community where each member owns their residence and a single share in the corporation. The ECI Corporation owns the 26 acre site east of River Road upon which the residences are built.

It’s a great place to live...with welcoming neighbors in a charming setting....a hidden oasis close to New York City.
