The Edgewater Colony is located adjacent to the Southern portion of the 2,500 acre Palisades Interstate Park offering hiking, biking, a large children’s playground, and additional outdoor activities.

The Edgewater Colony Incorporated (ECI) is a cooperative community where each member owns their residence and a single share in the corporation. The ECI Corporation owns the 26 acre site east of River Road upon which the residences are built.

It’s a great place to live...with welcoming neighbors in a charming setting....a hidden oasis close to New York City.
